Weekly rates per property.

Weekly rates include: use of all facilities and amenities (pool, sauna, etc), VAT, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, gas, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, daily cleaning, final cleaning, luggage delivery from the parking lot to the villa and vice versa.

Weekly rates do not include: tourist tax, wine boutique, pool heating, telephone/fax and all additional services.

Served breakfast €15 per person.

Pool heating €50 daily.

No pets are allowed.

No smoking is allowed.

All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.

Towels, linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are changed on a daily basis while linen is changed weekly, or more often if necessary.

Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on a high/low season.

A short stay (less than 4 nights) is possible out of high season, but requires 30% surcharge.

Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season.

Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Car is not necessary.

€500 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
